Amwest Imaging Inc. Finalizes LokDrop-BION Agreement

Amwest Imaging Incorporated (OTCBB: AMWI) announced the agreement with BION Enterprises, LLC (www.BionSmart.com ) and Amwest has been finalized, and both companies are working on completing the integration of BION's SmartFile technology with Amwest's LokDrop (www.LokDrop.com) secure file storage technology.
