(b) On August 27, 2014, Stephen P. Slay notified American Locker Group
Incorporated of his intention to resign from his position as its Chief Financial
Officer. His resignation is effective as of September 1, 2014. Mr. Slay has
agreed to provide certain consulting services at a fixed hourly rate until his
replacement is found and appointed to fill the position.
