AlphaCipher Appoints Mr. Phil Laverson to the Board of Directors


AlphaCipher Acquisition Corporation (d/b/a "Vadium") (the "Company"), the leading provider of digital privacy, security and trust solutions, today announced it has appointed Mr. Phil Laverson to the Board of Directors. Mr. Laverson's experience in working with technology companies as well as his deep knowledge and expertise in the capital markets as a private portfolio manager, institutional portfolio manager and equity analyst will help Vadium as the company expands engineering and grows its comprehensive sales and marketing programs to meet customer demands for technology platforms that will safeguard their digital content throughout the information lifecycle, no matter where it moves, who accesses it or how it is used.

Mr. Phil Laverson holds over 20 years of experience in capital markets, technology investing and as a macroeconomist. Mr. Laverson has a deep knowledge and understanding for working with technology companies and impressive expertise in his current area of focus which is institutional and private asset management. His specialties include in-depth knowledge of consumer, technology and transportation sectors including key drivers and trends. His successes are driven by his passion for macro themes that may impact the fundamentals of specific companies or sectors. Mr. Laverson's vast experiences include roles such as Portfolio Manager, Equity Analyst and Investment Manager at various hedge funds, private equity and investment management firms including Eaton (News - Alert) Vance and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers which was acquired by BlackRock. Additionally, Mr. Laverson worked as an investment strategist and economist at Prudential Securities and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Laverson completed his Credit Training at Fidelity Bank. He holds an MBA in Investment Science from Drexel University, completed the Wharton Econometrics Forecasting Analysis program from the University of Pennsylvania, the Wharton School, and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
