Waite worked at Target (News - Alert) Corporation in Minneapolis for more than 25 years before joining Allianz Life. Most recently, Waite was a group manager for the Fraud Prevention and Dispute Resolution Operations area. In this role, she led a global multi-disciplinary team of approximately 200 call center specialists and leaders who managed credit card and eCommerce fraud prevention as well as dispute resolution. She also managed an annual budget of up to $15 million and worked to minimize credit fraud losses. Prior to her fraud prevention role, Waite was a resource manager for Target's Finance Systems Integration area where she provided project management and financial consulting for multiple cross-company initiatives. During her tenure with Target, she held various managerial roles in areas including Sales Audit Operations, Accounts Payable and Construction Accounting. Waite has a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational management and communication from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minn. as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
