One was a Best in Class award (North America) for an effective program for Volvo President’s Club, which culminated in a trip to Napa Valley, Calif. The second Crystal was for a school-supplies drive in Sun City, South Africa, organized as part of Microsoft’s EMEA Gold Club program. The event, the first CSR program for Gold Club achievers, won in the category of “Responsible Experiences, Most Impactful Effort as Part of an Incentive Program.” Aimia’s list of awards goes on, including being named as Mazda’s Top Supplier for the second year in a row and four ADDY awards from the American Advertising Federation. In 2013, Aimia had a major jump in the number of events it orchestrates (meetings with no overnight component, not included in the meetings and incentives listing above), from 96 in 2012 to 641 events in 2013.
