Aero Communications Acquires Fulton Technologies


(Marketwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) CANTON, MI -- (Marketwired) -- 08/18/14 -- Aero Communications, Inc. today announced it has acquired Fulton Technologies, Inc., a Midwest provider of wireless network construction and municipal safety services. The acquisition augments and expands its capabilities in the telecommunications infrastructure services industry.



Fulton Technologies, headquartered near Chicago, performs construction, repair, and maintenance of cell site and tower facilities for leading wireless carriers and related service partners. Fulton also provides site studies, radio frequency interference testing, inventory management, and other support services. Operating in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, and South Dakota, Fulton also supplies civil alert systems and services to numerous municipalities and utility companies.

Aero Communications provides turnkey network deployment services to broadband, cable, telecom, and wireless service providers. These services include engineering, construction, and testing of aerial and underground fiber, small cells, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and cell towers. Aero also performs residential and commercial installation services. The addition of Fulton Technologies strengthens Aero Communications' wireless tower business, adds municipal safety services, and provides an additional Chicagoland location to serve existing customers.

Last August, Aero Communications acquired CableNet, a Philadelphia based provider of installation and network services to broadband network operators.
