Aerius Announces Successful Completion of Cell Phone Tests in Taiwan

LAS VEGAS --(Business Wire)-- Aerius (Pinksheets:AERS) today announced successful completion of tests of Aerius-equipped cell phones conducted by SGS in Taiwan at the request of a major international corporation. The results showed Aerius more than doubled the power of the phones tested.

"The testing facilities and personnel at SGS were exceptionally professional and competent," said Russ Winstead, Aerius' VP Production, who was in Taiwan for the testing.

"These tests further demonstrated the unique effectiveness of Aerius patented antenna technology that increases cell phone handset battery life two to four hours, coverage area by 50%, and can double the range of cordless Wi-Fi handsets," said Bill Luxon Aerius CEO. He added that the company remains optimistic that the results of these tests can enable further discussions with handset manufacturers to incorporate Aerius' technology into the manufacturing of future phones.

"SGS Taiwan is a China FTA - CNAL authorized test lab and an authorized test lab for CTIA, the world's largest cellular phone trade association, and the IECEE. Among other official recognitions, SGS is a designated test lab for the Wi-Fi Alliance," added Winstead.

"SGS also provided a first class CD graphical display program that enables us to display the raw data in 3D color graphics with rotation and fully configurable graphical presentation," said Winstead.

About the company: Aerius, a Nevada corporation is publicly traded (symbol AERS) and is based in Las Vegas with engineering offices in North Carolina. Numerous tests of Aerius equipped phones compared to the same phones with their standard antennas, Aerius has shown to extend battery life two to four hours by enabling handsets to operate at lower power. The company is in the process of demonstrating its technology to carriers and manufacturers, and expects it to be adopted in next generation phones for use by consumers during 2008.
