In order to determine the 2012 Best Channel Vendors, BSM conducted a Web-based survey to its most active VAR subscribers, asking them to rate their vendor partners on a scale of zero (worst) to five (best) in several categories. A total of 10,833 votes were cast in BSM's Best Channel Vendor Survey. To ensure statistical accuracy of the Best Channel Vendor survey, BCM editorial staff partnered with Penn State University to capture and analyze data.
