Actix Announces Highest Ever Revenues

LONDON --(Business Wire)--

Actix (News - Alert), a leader in mobile network analytics and optimization solutions, today announced record-breaking revenue levels for its fiscal year ending January 31, 2012. During the year, Actix revenues grew 29% resulting in total revenues of over $52M as the number of active customers surpassed 400. In addition, the company's profit increased by 35%, cash increased over 20% and more than 50 new employees were added to the company's roster, bringing the total to over 250.

The company's ActixOne Mobile Analytics and Optimization Platform saw revenues grow 71% as leading operators worldwide adopted the platform. ActixOne now has over 35 active customers, including 6 of the top 10 mobile network operators worldwide and strong partnerships with Ericsson, Huawei (News - Alert), NEC and NSN. Actix also announced the release of ActixOne 6.0 at the end of January 2012.

The company's Analyzer software also recorded an excellent year with revenues growing 10%. Analyzer saw particularly strong demand from operators rolling out LTE (News - Alert) networks.

"It's been a tremendous year for Actix and these results illustrate how operators worldwide are looking to get the most from their Radio Access Networks (RAN)" said Bill McHale, CEO of Actix.

"It is particularly satisfying to see the trust operators have placed in our company. We have delivered our solutions as part of complicated high-profile customer projects that range from accepting/optimizing new LTE networks, under severe time constraints, to optimizing 2G/3G networks based on unique analytics highlighting where key customers are located."

McHale continued, "As operators declare 2012 the 'Year of Customer Experience', our ActixOne platform, which supports data from all the network equipment vendors, as well as the traditional OSS/BSS sources, is the right solution at the right time. Our Customer Experience solution is tightly integrated with our Optimization software, runs on ActixOne and provides the best solution for the operators to optimize in the right location, to make their customers happy."

"Our partnerships with the network equipment providers have never been better, accounting for 20% of our revenues last FY. Ericsson uses our software extensively, NEC's (News - Alert) LTE/SON solution is based on ActixOne, Huawei is using ActixOne as a Managed Service Provider and NSN has partnered with us on ActixOne solutions in the Middle East and China."

Actix will be at Mobile World Congress (News - Alert) 2012 on stand 8C66.
