Accelrys Announces Date of Fiscal Year 2006 Financial Results and Conference Call
SAN DIEGO --(Business Wire)-- May 23, 2006 -- Accelrys, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACCL) today announced that it will report financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2006, and for the quarter and nine-month period ended December 31, 2005, after the NASDAQ Market closes on Wednesday May 24, 2006. The Company will conduct a conference call and an audio webcast at 5:00 p.m. ET on the same day. The Company also announced that it expects to complete the restatement of its historical financial statements and file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2005, and its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2006, on the same day.
