Alert) has proclaimed a series of additions and updates to the Cisco Smart Business Communications System. Additions to the Cisco range include technical services, the tripling of unified communications capacities totaling up to 48 users, and the inclusion of four novel Ethernet

switches. Cisco also declared that its SMB channel program, Select Certification, has spiraled to almost 1,000 channel partners all across the globe since the past couple of months.
Cisco is upgrading the SBCS solution series by incorporating the latest Cisco Unified Communications (

Alert) 500 Series that adds 32 and 42 user systems. The previous version of Unified Communications 500 Series were suited for the unified communications requirements of small businesses with eight to 16 users. These two innovative platforms permit small businesses to maintain up to 48 phones per location.
The latest addition to the SBCS family include Cisco SMARTnet Service which is Cisco's highly acclaimed technical back up service program, making available multilayer service alternatives and entry to a wide array of technical resources. Vended by a Cisco channel associate, clients have the privilege of direct access to Cisco engineers for configuration support, problem diagnosis and advice by means of 24-hour telephone or Web-based support. The services also consist of software guarantee with application and Operating System software information and improvement.
