Alert) group is unifying all its existing brands under one new name – Logica. In conjunction with the company’s preliminary financial results for 2007, LogicaCMG brand, along with the brands of Edinfor, Unilog and WM-data, will transition to the new global brand name.
The company is focused on creating an integrated European IT services company with a strong international network. With one set of systems and processes and a single set of values, the company is committed to provide the best possible service to customers around the world. The company has created a new Outsourcing Services division, which will take end-to-end responsibility for outsourcing services. This will offer the customers access to the most efficient and cost-effective blend of onshore, near shore and offshore support.
Logica currently has delivery capability in India, the Philippines, Morocco, Brazil, the Czech Republic, Poland, Estonia, Slovakia and Portugal. Employing 39,000 people across 36 countries, Logica is one of Europe’s leading IT and business services suppliers. Logica provides an end-to-end service that includes consultancy, IT and business process outsourcing and systems integration and development. The clients of the company include large national and European companies and government departments such as the UK Ministry of Defence, ING, Energias de Portugal, Shell, Electricite de France, Inbev and Eon.
