Communications Solutions’ Product of the Year Award is given to companies that have created innovative products and services which facilitate voice, data and video communications, or a combination of them. Considered products include recently-introduced hardware, software, add-ons, peripherals, and services.
All products and services must be tailored to one or more of the following industry divisions: IP communications, telecom, call center, CRM, service provider offerings, developer services, and networking. Communications Solutions will also consider Wireless products (including cell phones, PDAs and smartphones) and services.

Winners will also receive a press kit to assist in marketing their achievement.The early bird deadline is February 1, 2012. Final deadline is February 22, 2012.
