Common iPhone User Issues and Their Solutions

What’s the issue, your iPhone Won't Turn On? Don’t worry, try rebooting the device and you will be fine. It’s among the most common issues found in iPhone (News - Alert). Some other issues are you can't access the App Store, or your network won't work.

3G/4G

If you are not on Wi-Fi at all, you can still access the App Store through your 3G or 4G connection. This could be the root of your issue.  You shouldn't have any issue accessing the App Store while using the Mobile Data. But if your device is set to download apps only over Wi-I, you won’t be able to download anything over 3G or 4G connection.

You need to connect with a reliable Wi-Fi connection and see if you can download your files. Open the Settings App and Tap the Mobile Data. In this section, you have to Use Mobile Data to ensure your mobile network wasn’t keeping you down in the past.

Check if App Store is Down

If you believe you suffer from error 4013, then first check the App Store. Apple (News - Alert) suffers from server outage from time to time. It’s possible the store is down, and no one can access it. You can easily do this by checking the Apple. You can quickly do this by checking the "Apple's System Status Page".

This page lists all the issues with Apple’s online services. The App Store appears first on this list. If the problem is very recent, it’s possible it might not be on the list. You can search for relevant terms on Social Media. It will help you know if others are facing the same issues as you do or not. If the store is down, it’s a breath of fresh air. Check Your Internet Connection

Before you hunt the App Store, you need to assure your web connection is fine, but you need to be online to access the App Store.  Ensure you are connected to the internet. Visit Google (News - Alert). If your internet is the issue, then you won't browse anything.

Try Another Network

If the issue with App Store persists, then you better make sure it's not because of your network. For this, you may need to switch between different networks.  It’s possible there is a restriction in your network or Wi-Fi that keeps you from accessing the App Store.

To make sure this is not the issue, you can try using another Wi-Fi network and see if it fixes the issue.

Run Out of Data

It’s possible you have run out of data, and you can’t access the Apple App Store. Check with your data allowance to see if you still have some data left on your monthly allowance or not. Network issues can be severe.
