2014 Is the Year of Business VoIP: Here's Why

By Scott Camball, Internet Marketing Manager

This year is expected to be filled to the brim with growth and improvement in the telecommunications sector. Specifically, we see 2014 being the year of business VoIP. This should come as no surprise, though, seeing how remote workers tend to log more hours and virtual teams tend to be more engaged than in-office staff.

Business VoIP also enables users to add separate numbers to existing phones and boasts features like call routing, call forwarding and unified messaging. This can turn even the most geographically disparate team into a dynamic, seamlessly operating one. Even more, you’ll never have to worry about passing up on a perfectly qualified candidate or top performer because he or she works outside of your headquarters. It’s really a win-win situation.
