TollFreeForwarding.com Talks Social Media Innovation and More at ITEXPO East 2014

The company has certainly been keeping busy at this week’s show in Miami. “We’ve been mostly on the exhibit floor,” Bill Ellis, VP of Marketing TollFreeForwarding.com (News - Alert) told TMCnet.

TollFreeForwarding.com is currently exhibiting alongside Voxbone—a Gold Sponsor of this week’s event—at Booth No. 900. “We’ve also been walking around and visiting other booths,” he says, adding that there has been a steady flow of traffic on the show floor so far. “Last night’s traffic was great. It had a very casual and conversational vibe.”

The company is without question working to ramp up its product portfolio but, in addition to that, is also working to accelerate its social marketing strategy. “We’re working to expand our product line, including our existing virtual numbers and expanding those services into other global markets for continued growth,” Ellis says, “but at the same time, we’re working to bolster brand awareness.”

The company took the opportunity to get a head start on the latter initiative at ITEXPO, where the company is offering a unique social attraction to those who stop by. “Attendees can take a picture with us at our booth and, if they post the picture on social media with a mention of TollFreeForwarding.com’s Twitter handle (@TFFSocial) or Facebook tag (TollFreeForwarding), we will send them a Google (News - Alert) Chromecast.”

Turning towards the industry as a whole, Ellis sees two huge trends skyrocketing over the course of 2014 and beyond: WebRTC and unified communications (UC), both of which TollFreeForwarding.com is working to expand and strengthen its suite of offerings to reflect.
