This week there was plenty of hiring and promoting in the analytics, mobile advertising, and networking spaces.
Starting with mobile advertising solutions, Toronto-based platform provider Addictive Mobility promoted its COO Naveed Ahmad to CEO. Ahmad has been with Addictive for some two years focusing on product development and marketing.
“This company has been built on the outstanding contribution of each staff member and leader, both past and present,” Ahmad said. “I have been fortunate to take over the reins of a company with a solid foundation that was laid by its founders and founding employees.”
Bluenose Analytics took a good hard look at its organization and decided it needed a chief customer officer, so it snapped up Catherine Blackmore for the job. The company is also getting its financing ducks in a row, having just been given a tidy $10 million investment from Norwest Venture Partners and The Social+Capital Partnership.
Interestingly, Blackmore actually beta tested Bluenose Analytics, and liked how it offered a single view of workflows and customer data.
