Prepaid application solutions provider, NACT (News - Alert) Solutions, is making waves in Miami, Fla. – and no, I am not talking about in the ocean. What I am actually referring to is the newly unveiled products the company will be displaying at the not-to-miss bi-annual event known as ITEXPO (News - Alert) Miami 2013.
In terms of what NACT is debuting in the sunny city, first up to bat is the NACT- SIP Softphone Client for iPhone and Android devices. Ideal for prepaid or post-paid international calling that can be completed through either a Wi-Fi connection or a cell network, the product comes complete with intuitive automatic provisioning capabilities, enabling customers to log into the NACT Pincaso Web portal with a single text message.
“In our ever expanding global economy, convenient and cost effective phone access is a must, regardless of where you are,” said Eric Goodstein, director of Sales for NACT, in a statement. “Our Softphone app is simple to provision, and it enables travelers to make and receive international calls using their current cell phone number.”
In addition, the NACT Cloud Bridge allows approximately 1,000 users to communicate, no matter if they are located domestically or internationally. Some of its most promising features include customized greetings, easy-to-use scheduling functions powered through the NACT Pincaso Web portal, e-mail notification and much less complex options to add and drop in the call.
“The Cloud Bridge enhances communications in a manner that helps companies increase their efficiency, speed decision making, and reduce their travel budgets,” added Arnie Goodstein (News - Alert), CEO of NACT. “Through e-mail notification and simplified password processes, we’re making it easy for businesses to connect with their employees and customers around the globe.”
NACT Solutions has remained at the tip of the sword of technological innovation by continuously revamping its suite to meet new user demands as well as forming key strategic relationships. Back in September, TMCnet reported that the organization teamed with RedShift Networks (News - Alert), a specialist within the unified communications (UC) space, in order to gain access to its Threat Management solution for UC and collaboration networks.
