Keeping a Finger on the Pulse of the Customer

By Allison Boccamazzo, TMCnet Web Editor

If the business is the body, then the heart is fully comprised of its customers. I may not know much about anatomy, but I surely know that without a healthy, beating heart, you’re out of luck. Just like we take medicine, eat well and exercise to keep our juices flowing, businesses need the right combination of tools and tricks to keep their customers happy. This is exactly the premise that the customer relationship management (CRM) industry is built upon.

There are an umpteen amount of questions that can be asked when considering CRM and the customer experience (ie. How can I secure customer satisfaction, does the customer even want a relationship with the business?) At the end of the day, there are plenty of places you can turn to and technologies you can implement, but how do you know if they are the right ones to get the job done?

If you’ve found yourself wondering this but not knowing where to turn, consider attending a specifically designed panel session at this week’s ITEXPO (News - Alert) Miami 2013, which will tackle these types of questions head on. The panel, “Your Customers are Your Champions of Growth,” will feature many industry experts who will divulge the key ingredients to keeping the heart of any business healthy.

In fact, it was revealed just today that Raymond Bonachea, vice president of Marketing at social CRM Batchbook, will also offer his insight during the upcoming panel discussion on Thursday, Jan 31 from 12:30-1:15 p.m. at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami, Fla.

A statement explains that Bonachea, along with several others, “will discuss ways to be more efficient in your business development efforts by focusing on the relationships that matter most.” Batchbook is perfect for this role, as his company takes pride in the esteemed relationship it shares with its clients and is happy to offer tips for businesses looking to strengthen and sharpen their customer relationships and strategies.

To find out more about Raymond Bonachea and Batchbook, visit the company at ITEXPO Miami 2013, happening now in Miami, Florida. Bonachea is speaking during “Your Customers are Your Champions of Growth.” For more information on ITEXPO Miami 2013, click here.
