Illinois-based ANPI ZONE powers an entire suite of carrier services that incumbent local exchange carriers (ILEC), competitive local exchange carriers (CLEC), interexchange carriers (IXC) and regional wireless carriers alike use to offer IP communications to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Touted as giving users access to the network, infrastructure, technologies, and resources needed to raise the bar on products and services, the company works side by side with these carriers in order to meet individual business needs.
The organization recently made headlines when it hired Joel Poythress as vice president of Carrier Services. Responsible for a variety of elements within carrier operations at ANPI ZONE, he will also be continuously ensuring the firm is inking new partnerships, enhancing programs, and making its mark on previously unchartered business opportunities.
“It’s an honor to be selected for this position,” said Joel Poythress, in a statement. “I’m excited join such an innovative organization and look forward to helping ANPI ZONE continue to grow into the future.”
Prior coming to the company, Poythress held various positions at both Centurylink and Bellsouth Long Distance as well as managerial roles at AT&T, Neustar, Bellsouth, Sprint (News - Alert), Funmobility and Qwest.
“As we continue to expand our product set it is extremely beneficial to have someone with Joel's experience on the team. He is a welcomed talent that rounds out our management team nicely,” Randy Lemmo, senior vice president of Carrier Solutions concluded.
It was only a couple of weeks ago that ANPI ZONE added Randy Lemmo as senior vice president of carrier solutions. Lemmo will be responsible for the wholesale carrier services division and will be focusing on running and managing several departments such as billing, carrier solution’s sales and services, product management and development, and customer operations.
