The third annual TMC (News - Alert) Social CRM Award is seeking nominations for this elite list of the best social media applications. Consideration for the award will include companies which provide social media applications, services, sites, techniques, tracking solutions, and case studies.
The growing importance of the social channel is prompting innovative solutions to enable organizations – including contact centers, enterprises, etc - to fully tap into its potential as a CRM, voice of customer, brand management, lead generation/qualification, collections and HR tool.
