Mobility, Cloud Solutions, Customer Experience, Social Engagement Concepts Lead TMC's ITEXPO Austin Conference Program

Enterprise, Next-Gen Service Provider and Customer Experience Tracks Offer Education and Networking Opportunities October 2-5

Norwalk, Conn. – July 09, 2012 – Customer experience, social engagement, enterprise communications strategies and technologies, and next-gen service provider opportunities top the agenda as TMC announced the conference session lineup for TMC’s ITEXPO Austin 2012 – October 2-5, 2012, at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas.



ITEXPO Austin also features a multitude of collocated events, offering unprecedented networking and educational opportunities across the communications and technology spectrums.

Executives from companies of all sizes and industries will assemble to network, educate and learn together and from one another. Over 45 conference sessions are focused in the ITEXPO tracks: Customer Experience, Enterprise and Next-Gen Service Provider. The full ITEXPO agenda is now online.

ITEXPO Austin 2012 kicks off on Tuesday, October 2, with three sessions in the enterprise track: Open Source (News - Alert) in the Mainstream, The Future of Team Collaboration and Microsoft Lync: Separating Hype from Reality. On Wednesday, October 3, all three tracks open, featuring discussions on mobile commerce, universal service fund, video conferencing, social enterprises, E911 and IP-PBXs, and dozens of other topics.

Collocated events (separate registration required) dive more deeply into mobility, machine-to-machine (M2M) communications, managed services, opportunities in the reseller/agent channel, cloud communications, video opportunities for enterprise and service providers, and HTML5 design and development.

Anchoring the conference program are top-level keynote sessions. Wednesday, October 3, keynotes include Chris Hummel – Siemens Enterprise Communications (News - Alert) and David Tucker – Cisco Systems. The Thursday, October 4 keynotes include Robert B. Carter – FedEx and Raymond P. Dolan – Sonus Networks.
