The TMC (News - Alert) Labs Innovation Award honors the industry’s most ground-breaking products in the unified communications world. Innovation comes not only in creating new technologies but frequently involves taking an existing idea and improving upon it. Challenging established standards and introducing different approaches often yields distinctive results.
