B2B Soft, a business-to-business software company specializing in retail management for the wireless/cellular retail industry, today announced that it and its partner, Cycle30, will be attending the Mobile LatAm Expo/ITEXPO (News - Alert) East.
TMC and NextVision Media announced the conference in early January with the event set to take place at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami from Jan. 31 to Feb. 3, 2012.
The convention is the first of its kind to focus on the mobile opportunities in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Mobile LATAM will bring together professionals from North and South America as a way to give companies and consumers the tools to develop a Latin America business strategy and forge successful partnerships.
B2B Soft’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Don Rossi, conveyed the company’s excitement over the expo saying, “Our product expressly fits the needs of carriers and the Mobile LATAM show is a wonderful opportunity to showcase it to carriers in the burgeoning Latin America market.”
Cycle30 and B2B announced their partnership last June stating their plans to integrate B2B Soft’s Wireless Standard, the premier point-of-sale platform, with Cycle30’s hosted order-to-cash platform for wireless billing.
“Tier 2 and Tier 3 carriers today face a lot of challenges. By partnering with Cycle30, we’re delivering a turnkey, end-to-end platform specifically designed for them,” said Rossi in June. “With this platform, wireless operators now have a proven, flexible, and reliable option that will help them to realize significant cost savings, increased revenue, and strong growth.”
The integration of the two platforms handles everything for businesses from the start of customer interaction to invoicing, reconciliation, collection and commission tracking.
Besides customer management it also includes service fulfillment, billing and revenue management, service assurance, integrations, inventory management and business intelligence tools.
B2B Soft and Cycle30 will be located at Cycle30’s booth, #222, in the M2M Evolution area of the ITEXPO and will be available to discuss their platform’s benefits to prospective clients.
