The SKAE Group, LLC (SKAE), a professional services firm, announced the acquisition of a facility on 2000 Corporate Drive Orangeburg, NY from Verizon Wireless (News - Alert) in a sale-leaseback transaction. This is a 255,000 square foot facility comprised of data center and office space. The building sits on a 34-acre campus in an area that has recently become a hot bed of data center activity.
