HFN Inc. Acquires Bask Technology to Bring Predictive and Proactive Tech Support to Consumers and Small Businesses
HFN Inc., developer of the Nanoheal predictive tech support platform (www.nanoheal.com),
today announced the acquisition of consumer tech support provider Bask
Technology Inc. (Bask). As one of the largest and best-rated consumer
tech support companies in the United States, the Bask acquisition will
enable HFN to extend the Nanoheal platform to consumers, including
management of home computers, mobile phones and tablets, and IoT
(Internet of Things) devices. The Nanoheal platform currently provides
predictive, self-healing technology to premium tech support
organizations, OEMs and corporate IT helpdesks, automating resolution up
to 70 percent. The acquisition will extend Nanoheal's reach into the
business-to-consumer and SMB tech support markets.
