Ondot Systems Rolls Out Most Comprehensive Card Control Mobile Integration Platform
Ondot
Systems, the leading provider of mobile based card services
platform, has rolled out the industry's only multi-interface card
control integration platform, which combines a server-side API, mobile
companion apps and an HTML5 framework. Partnering with the world's
leading mobile banking application providers, Ondot's platform provides
financial institutions the capability to white label and seamlessly
integrate industry-leading card control services into the mobile banking
solution.
Within the platform, the server side API ensures that each bank can
determine the best look, user interface and capabilities to meet
consumer demand for card control services. The companion app sits within
the bank's mobile banking app, providing the ability to establish a
single sign-on, creating a consistent user interface and experience
across all mobile services. The HTML5 framework enables banks to roll
out card control applications quicker in mobile banking apps that
support it.
"When it comes to delivering a great customer experience, consumers
demand seamless performance from all of their banks' mobile sevices,"
said David Golden, Senior Director Product and Professional Services at
Ondot Systems Inc. "Much as Facebook (News - Alert) Messenger fits completely within
Facebook, Ondot's Mobile Card Services platform can sit perfectly within
any financial institutions' mobile banking app, which drives more mobile
engagement as consumers establish their own card usage preferences."
Ondot Systems' mobile card services platform is designed to work with
many leading mobile banking solution providers, including Alkami
Technology, NCR's Digital Insight, Malauzai Software, FIS™ Mobile
Connect, Access Softek, Inc. and Q2. Ondot's mobile platform provides
unified application that can control all card settings, including card
on/off switches, location-based controls, spending limits, fraud alerts,
and transaction or merchant controls.
Banks can also choose to offer a standalone card control app that can be
customized and white labeled with their own branding for customers who
prefer card services without being a mobile banking customer.
"Banks using mobile card control services see an average increase in
revenue of $30 per user per year," Golden said. "By providing the tools
needed to make the experience seamless with the financial institutions'
mobile banking platform, financial institutions can benefit from
increased card use, reduced card fraud and greater digital engagement."
