OpenX and Meredith Local Expand Partnership with Header Bidding
OpenX, a global leader in creating programmatic advertising marketplaces
that drive superior monetization, and Meredith Local Media Group
(Meredith Local), an operating arm of Meredith Corporation, the leading
media and marketing company with local television brands serving more
than 100 million American women, today announced an expanded partnership
with the successful integration of OpenX Bidder into Meredith Local's
robust monetization strategy across desktop and mobile.
To date, Meredith Local has recorded a greater than 50 percent lift in
OpenX-procured monthly revenue with a customized version of OpenX
Bidder, driving over 50 percent of overall revenue. Dedicated OpenX
partner experience team members conducted detailed data and yield
analysis to design the ideal monetization strategy for the Meredith
Local portfolio of 17 local television stations' digital news properties
with audiences in over 12 million U.S. households.
