Technology Recovery Group Announces Exclusive Partnership with SOREDI Touch-Systems

CLEVELAND, June 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Technology Recovery Group (TRG) announces today its partnership with SOREDI Touch-Systems, an industrial-grade computer, forklift terminal, and mobile computer manufacturer. TRG is now the only North American partner and service center for SOREDI Touch-Systems products.

Previously, SOREDI Touch-Systems' presence in the United States was almost nonexistent. The German-based manufacturer had not worked with American vendors before, nor did it have service and repair centers. "If a North American customer wanted to purchase a SOREDI Touch-Systems product such as a rugged touch-screen tablet, they had to purchase them directly from the manufcturer in Germany," says Vice President of Technical Services Nick Young. "Likewise, units had to be shipped back to SOREDI Touch-Systems home service center for repair. It wasn't an ideal situation from a logistical standpoint. TRG is excited to bring the SOREDI Touch-Systems product line to North America in a way that previously wasn't possible."
