"Perhaps the most important part of our effort to strengthen and grow
Volt is to have the strongest team possible to lead the company and its
businesses. I am pleased to announce that we have brought in world-class
talent to take this company forward and drive results," said Michael
Dean, Volt's CEO. "Jorge Perez, Rhona Driggs, and Sue Tidswell are key

businesses. Jorge, with his deep experience successfully growing
staffing businesses in North America, will provide the leadership
necessary to bring our staffing business back to growth and

"Furthermore, our corporate organization has been significantly
strengthened with the addition of both Ann Hollins and Chuck Sperazza.
Ann, with world-class HR experience, will take a senior role in leading
enterprise-wide cultural change, continue building strength in our
leadership team, developing organizational effectiveness in critical
growth areas, and aligning recognition and reward practices - all key
components of Volt's turnaround. Chuck Sperazza, with notable experience
successfully implementing several company-wide ERP projects for other
companies, is now leading the implementation of the rebuild of Volt's
entire enterprise technology systems and delivery, which will drive
needed efficiency and competitive advantage for years to come."
Dean concluded, "I am confident that these executives are the right
leaders - both on a personal and professional level - to deliver on our
strategy. They are exceptionally talented and bring a record of proven
leadership achievements in their respective fields, and together they
will bring a fresh perspective to Volt's business. When combined with
Volt's already strong in-place team, these leadership changes will
intensify our ability to increase shareholder value, while providing
outstanding service to our clients and employees. Many of the largest
companies in the world depend on Volt and we want to ensure we are
providing them with the highest quality service in everything we do. The
best way to support our clients' success is to hire the best. I am
