IPgallery Demonstrates Social Communications Platform at Mobile World Congress

IPgallery, an innovative provider in converged service creation and advanced multi-media application solutions, will be demonstrating its cloud-based Social Communications Platform with “Click to Anything,” at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona this week.

The platform provides a personalized experience of watching, sharing, and transferring multi-media content with an integrated communications experience, using any device, anytime, anywhere, according to the company. IPgallery’s communication suite allows consumers and enterprise customers to combine converged communications, content, and social media on their mobile devices to create an overall social communications experience.

The company’s goal is to get its customers to access social media sites like Facebook, Twitter or instant messaging services like Skype and Google Voice using its solutions rather than directly using an Over-the-Top provider. IPgallery’s (News - Alert) solution builds a bridge between traditional telecom services to Over-the-Top services with its Social Communications Platform.

“The Over-the-Top business video, content and VoIP business is growing exponentially and service providers are providing the backhaul without the revenue. Service Providers must create long-term competitive differentiators”, said Michelle Degani-Specktor, EVP of business development at IPgallery, Inc. “The key to such long-term differentiating propositions is providing consumers and enterprises the ability to combine mobility with converged communications, content and social media, and giving personalized control to how they communicate, find, watch and share content over any network, any device, anytime anywhere,” she added.

The Social Communications platform is an innovative cloud-based, converged communications suite implementing voice, video and data into one offering. The application combines social networking and new media content and entertainment to facilitate the social community experience through mobile or fixed devices as well as mobile TV or IPTV (News - Alert).
