David Rodriguez
David Rodriguez is the Vice President of Publications and Conferences for Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC). David’s responsibilities include overseeing the sales and day to day operations of the magazine, online media and trade show properties. Under his direction, TMC publications, online media vehicles and events have earned market-leading positions by constantly growing revenue and market share. He joined TMC in November 2003.
Prior to his tenure with TMC, David was employed by Penton Media where he held the positions of Global Event Sales Manager for the Wireless events group and National Sales Manager for the ISPworld website. Previously, he was a Circulation & Marketing Director for TAM Communications where he was responsible for the marketing and circulation of seven consumer titles. David received a BA from the University of Connecticut
Michael Genaro
Michael Genaro is VP of Marketing for Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC). In this role since 2001, Mr. Genaro is responsible for driving advertising, exhibition and conference attendee revenue for all TMC properties. A 12-year publishing and tradeshow management veteran, Mr. Genaro is also instrumental in the planning and execution of TMC's VoIP industry-leading events. Additionally, he provides strategic direction for TMC's publications, Web sites and events. The scope of Mr. Genaro's department at TMC also includes management of day-to-day operations of the company. Under his leadership, TMC publications, Web sites and events have earned market-leading positions by constantly delivering a high-level audience of readers and attendees to their advertisers and exhibitors.
Tom Keating
Tom Keating, CTO of TMC and Executive
Technology Editor for TMC Labs, has over 15 years of experience within
the call center industry and has been there since the "birth"
of the Internet telephony industry. In fact, Tom helped to launch
the industry's first magazine covering the VoIP industry. He holds a
B.S. of Computer Science and Engineering from the University of
Connecticut. Tom is well known for writing informative and
controversial articles within several of TMC's publications and also
periodically writes a column titled Cc: for Internet Telephony
Magazine. Tom Keating is the founder of TMC Labs, which was
originally launched in 1996 and titled CTI
Labs. He single-handedly helped launch the industry's most
well known and respected labs that over the years have produced unbiased
and objective reviews covering a plethora of technologies, including
call center technologies, CRM, CTI, VoIP, PDAs, Tablet PCs, biometrics,
and much more.
