VXi Corp Showcases Wireless and UC Headset Solutions at CTIA Wireless


VXi Corporation, which offers unified communications (UC) headset solutions, announced it is showcasing some of its products in both commercial and consumer lines.

Among the products on display include the popular BlueParrott Bluetooth products released earlier this year and the V100 Wireless Headset System.

The BlueParrott Bluetooth is ideally designed for commuters and road warriors who have to deal with extreme background noise.

VXi now offers the upgraded BlueParrott B250-XT+, which builds on the popular BlueParrott B250-XT. This latest product features a sturdy, over-the-head style, and has all qualities of its predecessor.

Weighing just 0.6 ounces and sporting a sleek and lightweight design, the Bluetooth headset also promises clear communication through Xtreme Noise Suppression technology that cancels out 94 percent of background noise. The wideband audio offers clear and natural voice transmission.


The device offers more than seven hours of talk time per single charge.

 Another product on display is the V100 Wireless Headset System, which is named 2010 Product of the Year by Customer Interaction Solutions magazine. Offering a range of up to 300 feet, the UC headset system allows users to move around while attending calls.

V100 UC headsets feature high-performance noise-canceling microphone that filters out background noise and 1.9 GHz DECT (News - Alert) 6.0 technology provides crystal-clear sound quality.

VXi’s BlueParrott product line is backed by a two-year warranty, while the V100 is backed by a one-year warranty.   

Today many small and medium businesses are embracing unified solutions to level the competitive playing field and take customer service to the next high-touch step.

A recent survey of 250 small and medium businesses conducted by UC headset maker Plantronics (News - Alert) survey  in the Spiceworks  IT Pro Community revealed that over 50 percent of respondents are on their way to UC adoption because it enables them to deliver excellent and differentiated customer service.
