Qmadix Intros Qi-wear Bluetooth Enabled Eyewear by iharmonix
Qmadix, a company developing and implementing effective accessory programs, announced the launch of Qi-wear by iharmonix, a protective eyewear that integrates stereo Bluetooth with dual microphone technology, at the ongoing CES (News - Alert) 2011.
Los Angeles based Qmadix provides solutions for accessory needs. The company said it supplies a line of accessories that combines form, function and durability. Apart from HTC, Motorola (News - Alert), Rim, Kingston and more, the company also provides products manufactured by iharmonix.
The recently launched Qi-wear is a protective eyewear manufactured by iharmonix. It has been designed to perform under extreme conditions. It provides maximum protection for both vision and hearing.
Engineered for outdoor use in loud environments, Qi-wear can deliver crystal clear noise reduced voice communication via its dual microphone technology.
The eyewear has been provided with high performance balanced armature drivers that provide superior stereo sound. The eyeware has been equipped with Howard Leight SmartFit ear-tips to block out hazardous unwanted noise. These Howard Leight SmartFit 300 replaceable noise-reducing ear-tips provide up to 42dB of noise reduction and an NRR rating of 21.
In addition, the eyewear comes fully equipped with Uvex Genesis safety lenses in three shades (clear, gray, amber) and even offers a solution for prescription lenses, for those who require vision protection.
Officials with Qmadix said that the Qi-wear by iharmonix is ideal for work and recreational environments where protection and communication is essential.
In addition, the 2.1 + EDR Bluetooth communication connects to any Bluetooth enabled device. This water-resistant eye gear also provides 6 hours of continuous talk, 8 hours of continuous music play, and up to 7 days on standby.
Qmadix’s other iharmonix offerings include the Qi-7 stereo mobile earphones with microphone, Qi-5 extreme-performance music earphones and more.
At the ongoing CES 2011, Qmadix also introduced innovative portfolios with removable Bluetooth keyboards. The Flagship and first model available is compatible with the Apple (News - Alert) iPad with additional models to be launched for the Samsung Galaxy Tab, Blackberry Playbook and Motorola's upcoming tablet.
