Global network services are critical components of corporations’ communications methods, connecting offices
with manufacturing facilities, sales offices and suppliers around the world. The main goal of a global network to a
corporation is to provide the ability for remote offices to efficiently share information and resources with corporate headquarters and other offices across the globe. As complex as the network design and implementation might be, it is largely invisible to the majority of the people in the organization that use it, until degradation of traffic, an outage or a disaster strike. At that point, it becomes the focal point and the organization loses its ability to focus on its business and end-customers, impacting revenue.
