INTERNET TELEPHONY Excellence Awards honor companies that have developed exceptional IP Communications solutions and services.

Awards will be presented to those applicants that provide case studies of IP Communications success experienced by one of their clients after implementing the company's solution. Winners are chosen based on demonstrated improvements that the winner’s solution/service has made in its client's businesses. 

To be considered for the 2021 INTERNET TELEPHONY Excellence Award companies must submit an essay, in case study format, that documents an installation for a client company*.

Please include background on the client company, their challenges, the reasons they chose your company’s product and/or service, the installation process and the results post-installation (include hard numbers, if available). 

We will accept only one product per application from each participating vendor. Multiple entries, on multiple forms, are permitted.
