2018 Customer Magazine TMC Labs Innovation Awards

The TMC Labs engineers are seeking entries for the best of the best in contact center, customer experience and CRM hardware and software solutions.

This prestigious award honors products that demonstrate raw innovation, unique features, and significant contributions toward improving technology that enhances the customer experience.

Judged by the Rich Tehrani's team of TMC Labs engineers, the awards are not given to the best-selling products, but rather those that challenge established standards and usher in notable improvements and innovations within the customer contact industry.

With extensive knowledge of the communications and call center industries, the TMC Labs engineers only select a few, superior products to receive this special award. TMC Labs does not accept applications from beta products or products under NDA that have not been brought to market. Newer versions of an existing product may apply for this award, even if the newer version is in beta. *TMC Labs reserves the right to only analyze the feature-set of the older, existing product to guard against "vaporware" claims in the beta product.

Although TMC Labs may request a demo or test drive of the product, we do not require our engineers to actually test or use any given product. Since there are too many applicants to test each product individually, we garner our information from applications, customer references, feature-sets and screenshots. We also utilize other resources such as industry knowledge and visits to industry-related tradeshows where products are often demonstrated.

Winners of the 2018 Customer Magazine TMC Labs Innovation Awards will be published on CUSTOMER magazine's online news portal and on TMCnet.
