AllClear ID Releases Reserved Response Program

AllClear ID, a company dedicated to providing its enterprise customers with data breach response services, recently announced the launch of its new Reserved Response program that offers clients a customized response plan and employees ready to assist customers with all their questions and concerns.


Bo Holland, the CEO of AllClear ID, commented on the disastrous effects a data breach and improper response can have on a company:

“Cyberattacks are a very real part of doing business today and, we’ve repeatedly seen the devastating impacts that poorly managed breach responses have on a company,” Holland said. “CEOs get fired, customer loyalty and retention tank, and companies experience significant financial losses. Although companies should do everything they can to protect themselves and their data, breaches can seemingly arise from nowhere. In an instant, enterprise management and employees can find themselves at a loss to cope with their actual loss of data. They must explain to customers the situation that has taken place and reassure them that steps are being taken to resolve the matter.

Businesses typically operate with enough staff to perform usual operations. They may not have an overflow staff ready to pick up the extra detail necessary after a breach.
