AllClear ID Releases Reserved Response Program
AllClear ID, a company dedicated to providing its enterprise customers with data breach response services, recently announced the launch of its new Reserved Response program that offers clients a customized response plan and employees ready to assist customers with all their questions and concerns.
Bo Holland, the CEO of AllClear ID, commented on the disastrous effects a data breach and improper response can have on a company:
“Cyberattacks are a very real part of doing business today and, we’ve repeatedly seen the devastating impacts that poorly managed breach responses have on a company,” Holland said. “CEOs get fired, customer loyalty and retention tank, and companies experience significant financial losses. Reserving the response capacity you need in advance is the most effective way to mitigate the response risk and restore customer confidence after a breach.”
Although companies should do everything they can to protect themselves and their data, breaches can seemingly arise from nowhere. In an instant, enterprise management and employees can find themselves at a loss to cope with their actual loss of data. They must explain to customers the situation that has taken place and reassure them that steps are being taken to resolve the matter.
Businesses typically operate with enough staff to perform usual operations. They may not have an overflow staff ready to pick up the extra detail necessary after a breach. This is where AllClear ID shows its importance. It offers its clients a dedicated set of staff and resources – all experts in handling breaches – to take hold of a response plan that addresses the needs of the business and the customer. The extra set of hands and minds cover the breach and then become idle again until another crisis occurs.
Of course, no business wants a single breach to happen, although there is no telling whether or not a single event will mark the end of any enterprise’s frustrations forever. The Reserved Response program crafts a response plan directly with enterprise officials to make sure their business assets, including customers, will be addressed for any number of crises. It moves beyond the two issues AllClear has identified as the biggest problem areas in immediate responses, internal politics and a glut of circulating opinions, and sticks to a detailed plan prepared well beforehand.
Reserved Response comes in a number of formats. Clients can choose Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages that, respectively, scale in size and capability to meet the needs of businesses small and large.
