2002 Planet PDA Product Of The Year Winners

Planet PDA® is pleased to announce our first Product Of The Year Award Winners for 2002. The handheld industry is experiencing tremendous growth and innovation, and that trend is reflected in our choice of winners. We have attempted to represent a number of the devices, peripherals and services that make up the various segments of the industry, but keep in mind that the winners below only represent a fraction of the hardworking and valuable companies in this market.

Due to the diverse nature of the products and services awarded, we decided not to assign categories to our winners. Instead of trying to label these products and services according to a predetermined format, we have offered descriptions of each of the winning products in hopes that our readers will be able to determine which solution is best suited for their needs.

We offer the list below as a starting point for those seeking handheld computing solutions. We encourage buyers to follow up and research companies and solutions thoroughly, as well as check out customer references before making important purchasing decisions.
