Darrell D. Sagehorn

| A 20-year
veteran of marketing, product management and sales, Darrell Sagehorn
has joined Nokia as director and general manager, Business
Applications. Mr. Sagehorn took on this new role in July of 2002 and
brings a wealth of global enterprise and telecommunications
experience to this position. His experiences provide great insight
into the telecom sector and the customer environment, and offer
practical experience in the application and support of IT solutions.
Mr. Sagehorn has held strategic
planning, product management and product marketing positions with
several world class IT and telecom companies in the US. He received
his undergraduate business marketing degree and holds a MBA degree
in management and finance both from the University of Nebraska.

Derek Brown

| Derek Brown is a
director at Microsoft Corp. and is responsible for worldwide marketing
of new, intelligent, mobile computing devices for Microsoft's Mobility
Group. The Mobile Devices Division is currently working on developing a
range of solutions for next generation mobile devices such as the
Windows Powered Pocket PC and Smartphone.
Mr. Brown has been with the Mobile
Devices group for the past four years where previously, he was a product
manager for the Mobility Division and was responsible for
non-traditional marketing efforts including evangelizing the Pocket PC
to device enthusiasts and PDA user groups.

Rich Tehrani

Mr. Tehrani’s involvement in
telecommunications began in 1982 at Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC).
Since then, he has lead TMC in many capacities, including six years as MIS
director. Mr. Tehrani is TMC's group publisher, and was instrumental in
bringing it to an industry hungry for in-depth information. Mr. Tehrani is
now president and group editor-in-chief of TMC driving editorial direction
of four leading communications magazines and content for five national trade
shows.
