Molex, Phoenix Digital Corporation Announce Marketing and Sales AgreementMolex has entered into an agreement with Phoenix Digital Corporation (PDC), a manufacturer of industrial fiber optic communications systems, to market and provide complete and redundant high-availability communication network solutions for industrial automation markets. PDC products incorporate Ethernet-based smart switch technology in a secure and fault-tolerant communication platform. Designed to enhance any industrial network, the integrated platform increases plant level connectivity of process and power devices to the IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), without the complexity of traditional IT-based solutions.
