The APPEX Omni-Channel Catalyst is a complex, innovative initiative consisting of a multi-phased approach, which started with the creation of a solution framework to build use cases in an agile and rapid time-to-market manner, and had previously been awarded for "Best Use of TM Forum Assets." The award was given to the Catalyst project team, including Catalyst Champion, Vodafone Group, a leading global Communications Service Provider (CSP), Catalyst sponsor Huawei (News - Alert), a leading global Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions provider, and Apptium, along with other eco-system partners for collaboration in creating an Omni-Channel solution environment for service providers to enhance customer experience across all channels.
