Supported by a customer consortium of premium German carmakers and suppliers, EB Assist ADTF (Automotive Data and Time-Triggered Framework) is a globally established tool for the development, testing, validation and visualization of advanced driver assistance software and HAD systems. The newest version optimizes these processes with improved data handling and usability. A new multi-process concept boosts stability in the testing phase by compensating for increased software complexity. Overall increased performance encourages rapid fleet evolution by enhancing how carmakers can use the tool to keep up with fast-paced HAD development.

Software is a driving force in the automotive industry and will become an even more significant differentiator between carmakers. As the industry shifts to more advanced levels of automated driving, the software development process becomes more complex. With EB Assist ADTF, carmakers are able to consistently provide their customers with the advanced driver assistance features they demand now, while continuing to evolve the innovative HAD systems they will demand tomorrow. The frmework has been in use by many carmakers and suppliers across the globe for more than eight years. Many features developed with EB Assist ADTF are already on the road – i.e. adaptive cruise control and lane assist. But as automated vehicles come to market, more advanced features are required. With EB Assist ADTF, carmakers can save valuable time developing current HAD systems like automated valet parking, lane keeping assistance and pedestrian detection and future-oriented applications.

"As the sole distributor and service provider of ADTF for nearly a decade, EB has established an extensive support network for EB Assist ADTF," notes Björn Giesler, head of driver assistance at EB. "In addition to providing customers with maintenance and training, our ADTF experts have developed numerous add-ons for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and HAD development and testing."  EB also offers unique access to an entire ADTF ecosystem by providing toolboxes for AUTOSAR, MATLAB/Simulink and more.

For customers wishing to upgrade to version 3, EB offers an attractive migration package for seamless implementation.  Customers can also benefit from EB's expert know-how through various training offers for EB Assist ADTF.

EB Assist ADTF 3 will be available as of January 2017. For more information on EB Assist ADTF please visit www.adtf-store.com
