Michele has over 25 years' experience in HR consulting, working for leading firms such as Information Services Group (ISG), Watson Wyatt, KPMG Consulting, Price Waterhouse, and Hewitt. Michele has supported clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail, government, telecoms and energy industries. Her experience includes service delivery assessment, strategy development, and service provider evaluation & selection for HR services covering workforceadministration, payroll, time & attendance, benefits administration, healthcare exchange, absence management, talent acquisition and talent management.
