MATRIXX Software Expands Globally to Support Digital Service Provider Growth

MATRIXX Software, which is helping digital service providers worldwide profitably launch next-generation services and business models, is further expanding from its home base in Mountain View, Calif. The company, which first expanded into the Asian market in 2012, is now entering New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia and Ireland with the help of international business expansion expert Radius.

"Our breakthrough work with customers such as Swisscom (News - Alert) and Telstra demonstrates the importance of geographic proximity to innovation," said Mark Grech, vice president and general counsel of MATRIXX Software. "We're constantly looking to forge relationships in new markets, and it's imperative that we have a partner like Radius, with the people and technology to accelerate geographic expansion wherever we look to go next."

MATRIXX has a complex go-to-market structure, with engineering teams based in Silicon Valley, sales and support teams in the UK and major customers in Europe and APAC. The company is able to manage this complexity by relying on OverseasConnect, a cloud-based software platform that enables headquarters professionals to access, control and manage all of their international operations from their desktops.

"The telecoms industry is now adapting to entirely new business models, and exciting innovators like MATRIXX are driving this transformation," said John Clancy, president of Radius. "Success hinges on their ability to quickly develop partner and customer relationships in new markets. Radius experts, management and software help with the heavy lifting of getting the business operational and running smoothly so MATRIXX can focus on building those relationships."
