Communication Infrastructure Corporation Delivers 12,000 miles of Private Low Latency Networks
ATLANTA --(Business Wire)--
Communication Infrastructure Corporation (CIC), a leading microwave
engineering, site acquisition, construction and project management firm
to the communications and enterprise marketplace, announced today that
it has delivered more than 12,000 miles of private enterprise wireless
microwave networks since 2011. CIC's team performed the design,
engineering and site/regulatory work, as well as the ground and tower
construction to build these networks to their enterprise client's unique
and exacting specifications.
"CIC has delivered Private wireless networks in some of the most
congested wireless corridors in the United States," said James Snyder,
President and CEO of CIC. "This created complex unique engineering, site
acquisition and regulatory challenges. CIC worked closely and
confidentially with our enterprise clients to work through the
constraining elements such as available wireless frequencies, properly
placed tower sites and optimized edge devices to deliver low latency
solutions which allow our clients to meet their business objectives."
The marketplace for private wireless networks is growing with enterprise, financial, oil/gas, and government clients that build and
operate their own wireless networks for mission critical, high
performance applications. CIC has successfully focused on enterprise
customers whose strategy is to combine an owned, high functioning, low
latency wireless network for mission critical applications with a
service provider network for more routine corporate applications. CIC's
success in properly designing and building low latency microwave
networks allow enterprise clients to implement mission critical
applications that drive improved business performance and higher
profitability on an owned network rather than using an off the shelf
service provider solution.
"While CIC continues to build multiple enterprise networks for several
enterprise clients, we have further transitioned to an enhanced role in
the optimization, maintenance and operational support of these
networks," said Randall P. Muench, Chief Operating Officer. "No company
is better suited to leverage the nuances of this space to the benefit of
an enterprise operation than CIC."
