Blackfoot Telecommunications acquires Cutthroat CommunicationsFeb 12, 2013 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Blackfoot Telecommunications Group, Inc., a provider of voice over IP network, phone, Internet, and networking services, has acquired Cutthroat Communications. Both the companies are based in the US. Cutthroat is an owner and operator of telecommunications carrier offering enterprise customers reliable, secure and scalable Internet, data transport and voice services. Concurrently, Blackfoot has also acquired Fremont Telcom Co. and Fretel Communications, LLC from FairPoint Communications, Inc.
