Quest Integrity Group Announces Expansion of Remote Digital Video Inspection - RDVI™ to North America

SEATTLE --(Business Wire)--

Quest Integrity Group, a global leader in the development and delivery of advanced inspection and engineering assessment services and software products, announces the expansion of its RDVI service offering to North America. This builds on Quest Integrity's August 2012 acquisition of Digital Insight, a leading RDVI service provider based in New Zealand, and the existing RDVI service platform in the Asia-Pacific region.

To lead this expansion effort, industry veterans Ron Kessler and Jim Gardner have joined the Quest Integrity team. Kessler will oversee business development efforts of RDVI in North America, and comes to Quest Integrity with nearly 20 years of industry experience. Gardner will manage North American operations for the RDVI business. His inspection service experience includes more than 13 years of supervising diverse teams and managing complex programs involving industrial technology applications.

RDVI entails enhanced visual inspection techniques to etermine the condition of process equipment and associated systems without confined space entry (CSE) or extensive dismantling of equipment. Remote inspection allows visual access to areas within which clients cannot or do not want to place personnel for health and safety reasons. Benefits associated with RDVI include reduced risk to personnel, increased asset life and production, and reduced downtime and inspection costs.

"This expansion provides our North American process and power industry clients with safer inspection options for their critical assets, particularly those with access challenges, and is a strategic fit within our advanced inspection services portfolio. RDVI adds another important dimension to the way we gather the most robust data for our clients, thereby enabling more accurate condition assessments to inform their operating decisions," said Jeff Ott, President, Quest Integrity Group.

Quest Integrity Group, a Team Industrial Services company (NYSE: TISI), is a global leader in the development and delivery of asset integrity and reliability management services and solutions for its clients.
