GMC Software Technology has been selected by Gala Bingo, along with edwardthompson. With this, Gala Bingo looks to move into "third-generation" bingo tickets, the company stated.

Gala's new 3GB tickets offer increased flexibility when compared to standard bingo tickets. They also offer opportunities for Gala Bingo to increase its business.

They come in full color, allowing for the personalization of tickets with colorful graphics, text and images. These graphics can be modified for various clubs, regions and even individual club members.

Moreover, as an additional revenue opportunity or marketing service, they can also be modified to install local information like offers, sponsorships and third-party advertising.

Gala Bingo is a part of the Gala Coral Group and provides bingo services in the United Kingdom. The company has more than 135 clubs, six million members and 40 percent market share. Gala Bingo continuously searches for chances to provide its users with improved value, more games and enhance the gaming experience.

This helps the company be competitive and retain members.

"GMC Inspire was the only platform that provided true visual design and ease of use for non-technical operators," said David Bate, operations director at edwardthompson. "We were speechless when GMC demonstrated a working application during the course of a meeting and as a result, the decision to implement GMC Inspire is one of the best decisions I have ever made."

Recently, the company witnessed a growth in customer base, having added four new customers to its increasing Latin America customer base in the last quarter. These users include Palacio de Hierro in Mexico, Casa de la Moneda in Argentina, Novaventa in Colombia, and Panamerican Printing in Panama.

All are from the business process outsourcing (BPO), direct mail, manufacturing, and retail markets.
