At the Contact Center Expo & Conference in Orlando, Castel

Detect™ v2. Castel's (News - Alert) robust voice analysis application released last
fall monitors, detects, and analyzes words, phrases, emotions, and

Castel Detect™ to identify specific words, phrases, and emotions
